  • Order cancelled by Wearbasket due to stock or technical issues
  • Payment deducted but order not successfully placed
  • Duplicate payment for the same order
  • Received damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • Share your Order ID and registered contact details

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • COD orders may receive refunds via bank transfer or store credit
